These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement that governs paid work — that is a separate Master Services Agreement signed before any engagement begins.
This site is operated by [ legal entity name ], a [ entity type ] organised under the laws of [ state / jurisdiction ], with a registered address at [ registered address ] ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@thedwellreport.com.
This site describes marketing services for cybersecurity companies and publishes analysis of publicly available marketing material. It is informational. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and prices shown may change.
We publish analysis of marketing material that companies have made public. That analysis is commentary and opinion, drawn from public sources, and identifies the date it was made. Companies named in our published analysis are not clients unless we say so. If you believe something we published about your company is inaccurate, write to us and we will review it and publish a correction where warranted.
Paid work is governed by a signed Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work. Where those documents conflict with this page, those documents control.
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, sales execution, and market conditions. Nothing on this site is a promise of revenue, pipeline, rankings, or any other commercial result.
The content, frameworks, scoring rubrics, and design of this site are ours. You may quote or link to them with attribution. You may not reproduce them wholesale, or offer them as a service, without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its effective date at the top.
These terms are governed by the laws of [ state / jurisdiction ], and disputes will be heard in the courts of [ county, state ].
