Short, because there isn't much. We are a small agency, not an ad network.
If you submit the free score form, we collect the company URL and email address you type in. That's it. We don't ask for a phone number, a job title, a company size, or a budget range.
If you email us, we hold that email and our reply.
To score the company you asked us to score, and to send you the result. If you later become a client, to deliver the work. We do not sell, rent, or share it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.
The Dwell Index runs on public evidence only — your live website, publicly archived versions of it, and your public funding record. We do not access your analytics, your CRM, or anything behind a login unless you are a client and you grant it explicitly for a specific engagement.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we use analytics, it is a cookieless, aggregate-only tool that does not build a profile of you across sites and does not require a consent banner. There are no third-party trackers, pixels, or ad-network tags on any page.
Score requests: 24 months, then deleted. Client records: as long as the engagement plus whatever our accountant and the tax authorities require.
Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold on you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@thedwellreport.com and we'll action it within 30 days. You don't need to give a reason.
If you're in the UK or EU, our lawful basis is legitimate interest for responding to an enquiry you initiated, and contract for client work. You have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Before launch: add the registered entity name, trading address, and jurisdiction below — a privacy policy without an identifiable controller is not compliant in the UK or EU.
