Intelligence-led marketing for the security economy

We market technology to people whose job is to distrust it.

Cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, defense. Your buyer isn't trying to win — they're trying not to lose. We make the purchase defensible.

Three environments. One psychology.

Now
01

Cybersecurity

Deep technical capability described to engineers, judged by executives. The translation is missing, and the gap goes undetected for years.

Vendors · MSSP · MDR · DFIR
Threat intel · Identity · Cloud · GRC

02

Critical infrastructure

The consequence is physical and public. Water untreated, power down, patients diverted. The strongest materiality in any market, and almost nobody states it.

OT & ICS · Utilities · Water
Transit · Health systems · SLED
Month 12
03

Defense-adjacent

Capability must become mission relevance, operational advantage and procurement justification. Most marketing never reaches the second.

Dual-use · Prime suppliers
Secure comms · Autonomy · GovTech

Scope, stated plainly: we work on material approved for public release and partner with cleared firms for anything inside the fence. We hold no facility clearance and no personnel clearances — and we tell you that before you ask.

Services

What we do, and what it costs.

Sold in order — intelligence before strategy, strategy before content, content before campaigns. Running campaigns first is the most expensive way to discover the positioning was the problem. Every price here is fixed, not a range — a range would mean calling us to learn your number, which defeats the point of publishing.

Market Intelligence Assessment

$18,0003 fixed tiers

The signature engagement. Threat, market, competitive and buyer layers run in full — ending with the positions nobody in your category has claimed and the evidence you already hold to take them.

Core $18,000 — one sector, up to 20 competitors, 4 weeks. Extended $26,000 — two sectors or up to 35 competitors, 5 weeks. Full $35,000 — up to 50 competitors plus public-sector contract and budget analysis, 6 weeks.

Sector Entry Strategy

$15,0004 weeks

For commercial companies moving into critical infrastructure, public sector or defense-adjacent markets. The buyer changes completely, and most companies find that out the expensive way.

  • Buyer re-map
  • Procurement posture
  • Proof requirements
  • Entry plan

Research & Content

$6,000per month

Research, white papers and briefings written to survive practitioner scrutiny. The test is whether a detection engineer would forward it.

  • Founder ghostwriting
  • Research reports
  • Distribution

Cybersecurity SEO

$7,000per month

Your buyers search for the problem, not your product. Keyword and intent mapping, technical audits, content briefs, AI search visibility.

Growth Partner

$19,000per month

Quarterly intelligence, standing message stewardship, technical content and one growth channel — run as a single system with reporting on pipeline, win rate and cycle length.

Bought separately those come to about $18,000 a month. The premium buys integration and a standing strategy layer, not a discount. We don't sell all five practices as a bundle — one firm cannot deliver five well at any believable monthly price.

They already wrote their headline.

The hero names a technology category and stacks four AI references before reaching a consequence. Meanwhile the site already carries $1B in daily trades, 32 million people's power, 16 million patient visits — as a supporting band, not as the argument.

My certifications map to the companies I work with. Security+ for the fundamentals. PenTest+ for the attacker's side of the table — which is what offensive security firms are actually selling. Splunk because the SOC console is where detection vendors live. I'm working toward the CHFI now, which is the forensics end.

I also studied Management Information Systems at Drexel — the discipline that sits between the people who build systems and the people who decide what they're worth. That gap is the whole reason this company exists.

I can follow your architecture conversation, and I can translate it for the executive holding the budget. Most agencies in this market can do neither.

No account managers, no handoffs. You work with me.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

You cover cybersecurity, infrastructure and defense. Isn't that too broad?
It would be if they were three markets. They're one buyer. A CISO, a utility executive and a program manager all buy by committee, on long cycles, under a compliance gate, with career downside for choosing wrong. The environments differ; the psychology doesn't. Marketing that works on ambition fails on all three.
Can you work on defense programmes?
On material approved for public release, yes. We hold no facility clearance and no personnel clearances, and we partner with cleared firms for anything inside the fence. We say that before you ask, because most agencies don't know where the boundary is.
You're new. Why should I hire you?
Fair, and you'd find out anyway. No case studies yet. What exists is a method you can inspect, prices you can check, and a published sample report on a company that never hired us. The first five clients get 40% off in exchange for a named case study and a reference call.
